Shipping Rates:
- New Zealand: Standard shipping - $10 NZD
- Australia: International Courier (standard 5-10 working days) - $35 NZD
- Australia: International Courier (express 3-5 working days) - $65 NZD
- Canada: International Courier (standard 5-10 working days) - $65 CAD
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
For urgent Auckland-based orders, please contact hello@hairbyloxys.com to discuss rush delivery or pick up options.
Delivery Time:
New Zealand: For most metro areas in New Zealand, once an order is processed, you can expect to receive your delivery overnight.
Please note: Loxys accepts no responsibility for packages that are delivered without a signature. If you are unsure about the safety of your packages being left unattended, please select the ‘signature only’ delivery option at checkout.
Australia: International Courier (standard 5-10 working days) - Delivery time may vary between 5 to 10 working days after order processing.
